The Riverside Aquettes Swim Club will host the Junior Olympic Association Championships for artistic swimming on May 4 at Riverside City College Aquatics Complex. "We are pleased to be hosting this great event here in Riverside," said Shannon Jones, head coach of the Riverside Aquettes. "A lot of people enjoyed watching artistic swimming during the Olympics last year, and this is their chance to see this beautiful sport up close and personal."
Athletes will compete to qualify for the 2025 Junior Olympic Championship in Arlington, Texas. Founded in 1958, RAQ brings competitive artistic swimming to the Inland Empire while also offering year-round swim lessons. More at swimraq.org.
