The Nether takes place in a dystopian world where virtual reality has progressed to the point that people can choose to live in the real world or the virtual world. The Nether raises questions about our ever-evolving relationship with technology and how it can be used to perpetuate our darkest and most destructive impulses. This play contains adult themes and subject matter.

Tilly No-Body asks these questions through the lens of Tilly Wedekind – wife and muse to world-famous German playwright, Frank Wedekind. Please be cautioned that, within the world of Weimar cabaret, the play begins with a failed suicide.
