Followers of Atkins can relax – CARB is short for the California Air Resources Board, and it’s celebrating its new headquarters with an Open House. Touted as one of the most advanced vehicle emissions testing and air quality research sites in the world, the headquarters houses 400 employees and combines five existing CARB facilities previously spread across Southern California into one location. Love Has No Limits Foster Care Event
