Art, Lights, and a Festive Night
Celebrate Riverside’s vibrant art scene with free gallery access and a special photo show, all while taking in the magic of the Festival of Lights.
Each week, we will introduce a new neighbor. This is not a who's who list. These are regular Riversiders doing exceptional things.
Cosme Cordova is a Riverside artist and cultural leader. In 1999, he founded Division 9 Gallery on Lemon and University. Cosme’s influence extends beyond the gallery walls. He has played a major role in creating many of Riverside’s most cherished cultural events, including Dia de Los Muertos, Riverside ArtsWalk, and, most recently, the Mucho Gusto Fest. Beyond giving residents entertainment options, Cosme creates communities around his work. You can participate by simply attending, or you can find a way to contribute. You don’t need to be an artist to get involved.
