The Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, will hear the lawsuit filed against Riverside concerning Measure C on Friday, Sept. 24. ‘Riversiders Against Increased Taxes’ (RAIT) will have until Tuesday to submit their opening argument, with the city having to submit their response by Thursday.
RAIT initially filed the case with the California Courts of Appeal, but that case was denied on Sept. 3. They refiled the case with the Riverside County California Superior Court on Sept. 9.
