For the second year in a row, the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa will host its Festival of Lights without the traditional Switch-On Ceremony, the City of Riverside said in a press release on Monday.

The decision to cancel the Switch-On Ceremony came amid COVID-19 related public health concerns. While the traditional ceremony will not occur, the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, as well as the City of Riverside, still plans to decorate the downtown area in its signature holiday lights and décor.
