Riverside County plans relief from traffic

Riverside County Transportation Commission to host public webinar on 2024 Traffic Relief Plan

The Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) will host a public webinar on the 2024 Traffic Relief Plan on Wednesday, March 20, to provide updates on the proposed plan and invite county residents to provide feedback.

The free webinar will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. It will include a presentation of the draft plan, which aims to reduce traffic congestion in the county through highway improvements, repair potholes, increase public transportation frequency, and fortify the County’s transportation infrastructure against natural disasters. The plan reflects input from Riverside County residents gathered from public outreach sessions held in recent years.

Following the presentation, attendees can provide feedback on the draft plan, which will be used to inform the final plan, which is expected to be completed later this spring.

All Riverside County residents are invited to attend the webinar and provide feedback on the 2024 Traffic Relief Plan by visiting TrafficReliefPlan.org until March 31, 2024.
