Weather Forecast 🌤️ Sunday, October 25 — 80° / 55° · Mostly Sunny 🌤️ Monday, October 26 — 82° / 53° · Mostly Sunny 🌤️ Tuesday, October 27 — 78° / 52° · Mostly Sunny ⛅ Wednesday, October 28 — 78° / 53° · Partly Cloudy ⛅ Thursday, October 29 — 73° / 54° · Partly Cloudy ⛅ Friday, October 30 — 71° / 54° · Partly Cloudy ☁️ Saturday, October 31 — 69° / 54° · Mostly Cloudy 🎃 Fall is finally showing up, just in time for Halloween. We start the week in the low 80s, then highs slide a few degrees a day until Saturday tops out at 69°, the coolest day we’ve seen in a while. Clouds build in the second half of the week, and Halloween brings a 24% chance of rain. It’s not likely, but it’s enough to plan your costume with room for a jacket underneath. Mornings stay crisp in the low-to-mid 50s all week, so the early school run will feel like sweater weather even on the warmer afternoons. **Fair warning:* we're not meteorologists! Our forecasts are pulled from public weather data as a little extra for our readers. For the most current conditions, your favorite weather app knows more than we do — but we'll always do our best to help you plan your weekend.* --- ## 💬 The Watercooler — Gazette staff, freelancers, and community contributors share what's on their minds this week 🛋️ **Justin** noticed this is the last weekend of the year not already booked with events and is planning to do NOTHING! 👶 **Norm** is spending his weekend in San Francisco with sundry relatives and friends from all over the country celebrating the first birthday of his twin granddaughters. 🥬 **Larry** is looking forward to picking up this months crop box from the Riverside Food Co-op and hopes it has ingredients to make some soup for this Fall(ish) weather. 🐒 **Amy** and her husband are headed to a Halloween party as Frida Kahlo and her monkey, but her favorite part is the drive — at nearly every red light there’s a Dracula, Chucky or minion idling one lane over. --- ## Save the Date -
