- Review a proposal to [convert a 2-hour parking space and loading zone into 20-minute parking zones](https://riversideca.legistar.com/View.ashx?M=F&ID=13941185&GUID=936FEF4A-449E-4EAB-A4B3-81296BE0D7BF&ref=raincrossgazette.com) on Market Street to increase customer turnover for local businesses.
