### City Council

City Council will meet in closed and open sessions on Tuesday, August 24, in an afternoon session 3 p.m. ([agenda](https://riversideca.legistar.com/View.ashx?M=A&ID=1411449&GUID=05B4C449-A53C-4910-8DC4-A6F1D4AEB0AA&ref=raincrossgazette.com)). The agenda includes:

- Considering an [agreement](https://riversideca.legistar1.com/daystar.legistar6.sdk.ws/View.ashx?M=F&GovernmentGUID=RIVE&LogicalFileName=e5f5efa2-7a0e-4038-b9f9-c4e684a0b4a3.pdf&From=Granicus&Format=pdf&ref=raincrossgazette.com) with the Institute for Veterans & Emerging Technology Skills and StemWorx, Inc. This item returns to council after it was pulled from the Aug. 11 agenda and the agreement was amended to remove phase two of the plan, which involved the development of a data center.
