### Housing and Homelessness Committee

The Housing and Homelessness Committee meets on Monday, April 27, at 3:30 p.m. ([agenda](https://riversideca.legistar.com/View.ashx?M=A&ID=1405732&GUID=93EA92A5-B12D-48A1-AEE9-0F8DEC26370A&ref=raincrossgazette.com)) to receive updates on the city's [Homelessness Action Plan](https://riversideca.legistar.com/View.ashx?M=F&ID=15391676&GUID=DA280BBD-D5E3-4E81-80B2-9493920E68CC&ref=raincrossgazette.com) and [Housing Authority pipeline projects](https://riversideca.legistar.com/View.ashx?M=F&ID=15391672&GUID=63615008-5C27-4A25-B7F5-B3F0A3A74902&ref=raincrossgazette.com), including a proposal to remove two Garden Street properties from the list of potential supportive housing sites.

### Board of Public Utilities

The Board of Public Utilities meets on Monday, April 27, at 6:30 p.m. ([agenda](https://riversideca.legistar.com/View.ashx?M=A&ID=1404184&GUID=DCC6CDDC-7FBC-42F1-8A52-64EFC0E6FEF8&ref=raincrossgazette.com)) to review several utility infrastructure items, including a proposed $3 million allocation for [EV charger installations](https://riversideca.legistar.com/gateway.aspx?M=F&ID=13d99a74-e3a0-4bb2-86a7-bc70751b3cb1.docx&ref=raincrossgazette.com) at city facilities and a [contract amendment](https://riversideca.legistar.com/gateway.aspx?M=F&ID=d5861d67-f33a-40c5-8861-8be18be0c080.docx&ref=raincrossgazette.com)with Southern California Edison that would reduce project costs by roughly $1.7 million.

### Park and Recreation Committee
