Seth took a spin through the freezer case and is happy to report it’s a great spot for ice cream and a great reason to visit the Farm House Collective. (Seth Zurer) Seth visited Riverside’s new Benedetto Gelato and is happy to report it’s *a great spot for ice cream* and *a great reason to visit the Farm House Collective*. Founded by Argentine expats who missed the gelato they used to get at home, Benedetto was born from a maternity-leave deep dive, a DM to world-champion gelato maker Maximiliano Maccarrone, and a trip to Italy that became a turning point.
