## **Saturday, June 11**

### **2022 Riverside Regatta**

**Time:** 4:00 p.m.–6:30 p.m.  
**Location:** Lake Evans, Fairmount Park  
**Cost:** Free to attend

The Riverside Community Sailing Program will hold its annual Regatta on Lake Evans after a two-year hiatus. Two groups of 5-8 boats each will race each other, navigating a series of marks on the lake. Participating boats have been sponsored by the Downtown Area Neighborhood Alliance (DANA), Riverside East Rotary, the Optimists, and other groups. ### **Riverside Doors Open**

**Time:** 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.  
**Location:** See map.  
**Cost:** Free

Take a docent-led tour of the interiors and exteriors of several historic public and private Riverside buildings, some of which are not normally open to the public. ### **Juneteenth Celebration**

**Time:** 7:00 p.m.  
**Location:** Riverside Community Players Theater  
**Cost:** $10

Riverside Community Players’ will present an evening of song, poetry and drama featuring local performers celebrating the freedom of enslaved people after the Civil War. A show featuring local African-American artists will be on display in the courtyard. ### **Downtown Certified Farmers Market**

**Time:** 8:00 a.m.  
**Location:** Main and Fifth Streets  
**Cost:** Free to attend

Come shop a selection of fresh produce and specialty foods from local farmers and entrepreneurs.  
Regulated for safety by the County and State Departments of Agriculture and Environmental Health.

## **Sunday, June 12**

### **AfroNoon at White Park**

**Time:** 12:00 noon–7:00 p.m.  
**Location:** White Park  
**Cost:** General admission is free; VIP tickets are $45-$50

AfroNoon is a Black arts festival showcasing local talent from across the Inland Empire, organized to raise funds for the Charles A. Bibbs African-American Museum and Cultural Center. Art will be available for purchase at the Artists’ Village, as well as work by Charles Bibbs, plus vendors selling books, jewelry, clothes and food.
